Mrs. Frances Bounds, left, an El Paso buyer, is shown as she admires two fall hats, inspired by Thai fashion worn in the Broadway musical, "The King and I." The hats were shown to her by Frank M. Benson, president of the National Fashion Exhibitors, during the fall and winter market, held at Hotel Texas. Published in the evening edition, May 28, 1951.
