Description

W. J. Chilcoat, of 3116 Hamilton, a cadet colonel in Fort Worth's high school's Reserve Officers' Training Corps, (ROTC), in 1939m was recalled to active duty as an Army infantry captain. Chilcoat had served for a little over three years during World War II. Published in the evening edition, May 24, 1951.
