Morgan, left, and Mrs. Harlan Sloan, right, are shown preparing one of the thousands of display boxes that would be used to raise money for child welfare and rehabilitation. Mrs. Morgan was the citywide poppy chairman, while Mrs. Sloan was an auxiliary member. Published in the evening edition, May 22, 1951.
