Portrait of Jerry Starnes. The boardwalk will be rebuilt at Lake Worth Casino. So will the amusement park. There'll be swimming, boating, water skiing. Also, dancing under the stars, midway rides, concession stands. And when all of his plans are completed, Jerry Starnes, president of Lake Worth Beach, Inc., says "It'll be just like it was in the old days." Starnes already has spent $40,000 to improve the amusement park area just south of the Lake Worth Casino.
