Description
Mrs. J. A. Crofford of 1627 Cooper gathered her 12 children into and around a car and got behind the wheel herself Sunday during a Mother's Day picnic. Seated in the car, left to right, are Mrs. A. C. Dixon, Fort Worth; W. N. Crofford, Rule, Haskell County; Mrs. Crofford, Mrs. H. D. Thomason and Mrs. Y. L. Campbell, both of Fort Worth. Encircling the car, left to right, are Thomas D. Crofford, Mrs. W. G. Booth, Mrs. W. Y. Campbell and Mrs. Glen Wade, all of Fort Worth; Mrs. Martin Whalen, Dallas; Mrs. Sam Wood, Fort Worth, Mrs. Herman Craig, Aquilla, and J. A. Crofford Junior, Hereford.
