Description
Miranda Leonard, left, art designer for the Junior Historians at Arlington Heights High School, plays kibitzer while Richard Duke arranges a new diorama in the school library. Richard is construction engineer of the display depicting Texas Statehood Day, February 19th. The building represents the state capital of 1846. On the display, at the flagpole is President Anson Jones, exchanging the Texas flag for the Stars and Stripes of the Union.
