Mrs. Kenneth Leach, left, and C. A. Singleton, were life memberships in the Texas Congress of Parents and Teachers by the Arlington Heights Elementary Parent Teacher Association (PTA). Mrs. Leach was president of the Arlington Heights Pre-School Association for two years, and has been president of the PTA for two years. Mr. Leach has been principal of the school for three years.
