Mrs. Minnie P. Cooper of Corsicana, president-elect of the Texas Federation of Business and Professional Women's Clubs, admires the rose used to symbolize Fort Worth in a map of Texas made of bluebonnets. The flower arrangement, made by Mrs. Josephine Prichard, was the decorative centerpiece of the stage at the B&PW's Bluebonnet Festival dinner at the Keystone Room. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition April 17, 1951.
