Roger Spain, 10, presents a gavel he made in the shop of Panther Boys Club to Bengamin L. Bird, Rotary Club president, when the Rotarians lunched at the club house with 150 boys. Rotary sponsors the club as its sole project. Roger is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph A. King, 1721 May. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition April 14, 1951.
