Description
Kentucky furniture manufacturers borrowed an idea from the distillery industry by using whisky barrels for chair and table pedestals. Chairs are upholstered in red leather. The picture shows the den in the E. E. Cloer home, 3600 Brighton Road in Westcliff. It has redwood logs for inside walls. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition April 8, 1951.
