Description
Right Reverand Monsignor Thomas S. Zachry, pastor of All Saints Catholic Church, will be invested formally as a domestic prelate of Pope Pius XII at 4 p.m. in Sacred Heart Cathedral, Dallas. The new monsignor will be honored by parishioners of All Saints, where he has been pastor since July 1, 1948, at a reception at 3 p.m. February 26 in the Mount Carmel Academy Auditorium, sponsored by the Altar Society.
