Image shows two track players at track meet. It is shown that Johnny Mincher, left, from Oklahoma, A&M and Norman Price, right, Arkansas. Mincher, A&M, beats Price by half a step in the 440 yard dash. Time was 50.4 seconds. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, March 18, 1951.
