Truculent owl takes charge at police headquarters with summons book and pencil with that look he (or she) does not need a gun. Officers found bird in yard of Mr. and Mrs. R. H. Skipworth, 1211 South Lake. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram, morning edition March 15, 1951.
