Description
The Texas Christian University Horned Frogs are hosting the visiting Texas A&M Aggies at Amon G. Carter Stadium in Fort Worth, Texas. Thousands of football fans traveled from all over to catch the game. A portion of the T. C. U. student body is shown in the west stands of the stadium. They are cheering as the second half of the game opened with a kick-off. The T.C.U. Frogs took the northern end and west stands so that the visiting A&M cadets might have the entire east stands to themselves. The courtesy move provoked some murmurs among the T. C. U. students, but at least there was no sun in their eyes during the game. The Frogs went on to win the game 14-7. Published Fort Worth Star-Telegram Morning Edition October 19, 1941.
