Description

The Texas Christian University Horned Frogs are hosting the visiting Texas A&M Aggies at Amon G. Carter Stadium in Fort Worth, Texas. Thousands of football fans traveled from all over to catch the game. Aggie fans virtually took over the downtown area before the game Saturday morning. Enjoying the pregame festivities left to right are Aggie cadets Uvalde Stoermer and E. E. Liebhafsky. Mr. Stoermer, of Yoakum, Texas, is handing Mr. Liebhafsky, Shiner, Texas, a few dollars. Both men are dressed in military uniforms. Published Fort Worth Star-Telegram Evening Edition October 18, 1941.
