Tribute paid at the dedication of a portrait of Senator Morris Sheppard. Mrs. Morris Sheppard is looking at the painting of her husband. The Air Corps Technical Training School at Sheppard Field was named in Senator Sheppard's honor. The oil portrait was painted by artist Emil Herman. Published in The Fort Worth Star-Telegram Morning Edition October 18, 1941.
