    Description

When the American Meat Institute awarded silver buttons to 41 persons in Fort Worth who have completed 25 years of service in the meat industry it was Mrs. Dora Groze who kept the women from being shut out. Mrs. Groze, an employee of Armour & Company, was the lone women to receive an award. She is shown wearing a dark color dress with a small birds pattern print.
