Description
John Nash, policeman, shown in hospital bed at Methodist Hospital with his wife, Mrs. Nash, feeding him with a spoon. On Sept. 1 (1941) doctors expected John Nash to die from gunshot wounds in the abdomen. His wife has been by his side for six weeks, not going home once and is attributed as on of the reasons for his remarkable recovery. Man reclining in hospital bed, being spoon fed by a woman wearing a clothing with a wide lace collar and holding a glass bowl and spoon. Published in the morning edition of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, Oct. 15, 1941.
