Description

The Milk Dealers Association of Texas and the Texas Ice Cream Manufacturers Association merged to form the Dairy Products Association of Texas. They elected their new officers at an ice cream feast at the Hotel Texas. The are left to right Roscoe Stewart, Bryan Blalock, Paul Edquist, and K. V. Lipscomb. Mr. Stewart, of Port Arthur, Texas, was elected president. He is wearing a double breasted suit. Mr. Blalock, is from Marshall, Texas. He is dressed in a three piece suit. Mr. Edquist, of Amarillo, Texas, is the new vice president. He is wearing a three piece, double breasted suit. Mr. Lipscomb, of Dallas, Texas, is secretary treasurer. He is dressed in a three piece suit. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, February 21, 1940.
