Description
The San Saba County Livestock Show was held for the 4-H Club boys and vocational agricultural students on February 20. Pictured is winner Charles Raymond Gray with his first prize milkfed baby beef in the lightweight division. Charles is a member of the 4-H club from the little town of Cherokee, San Saba County. He is wearing an aviator cap, plaid coat, and trousers. There are people in the background, near the bleachers. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, February 25, 1940.
