Don Weaver, M. A. Glasscock, E. B. Pickett Junior, and Harry L. McGuire sit from left to right at a banquet table. Mr. Weaver has a cigar in his mouth and holds a pen, as both he and Mr. Glasscock stare off into the distance. Mr. Pickett looks towards the camera, and Mr. McGuire faces the rest of the group. Several items are placed upon the table, including glasses of water, a sugar bowl, plates with food, teacups with saucers, napkins, a newspaper, a mass of plant matter, and a rock. The last two items may be samples from the Trinity River watershed. Each member of the group sports a suit and tie.
