Brown County is hosting their fourth annual Polled Hereford sale. Miss Elizabeth Rogers and Mrs. E. W. Gill are attending the auction. Miss Rogers, of Waxahachie, Texas, is wearing a hat, button-up blouse, coat, and gloves. Mrs. Gill and her husband, of Brown-wood, own the fourth largest herd of Herefords in the United States. She is wearing a hat, blouse, coat and eyeglasses. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, February 27, 1940.
