The North Side High School football players are preparing for an upcoming game against the Masonic Home High School. Pictured in the locker room, left to right, are Calvin Dupree, Coach Allie White, and George Brown. Coach White is one of two assistant coaches on Herman Clark's staff. He is handing out tips before Monday's practice. Dupree and Brown are starting linesmen for the Steers. They are dressed in pads and canvas football pants. "(Star-Telegram Photo.)"
