Charles Thomas, left, is shown buying the first ticket to the Riverside Methodist Church "victory banquet" from Hollis Ingraham, chairman of the ticket sales committee. Mr. Thomas and Mr. Ingraham are wearing suits and ties. The men are standing against a wall and holding a ticket between them. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, October 12 1941.
