Description
The 45th Infantry Division is returning to Camp Barkeley, in Abilene, Texas, after a successful War Games. After seven weeks of war maneuvers in Louisiana, they helped push Blue Army to win the games. Supervising traffic at the overnight campsite in Weatherford, Texas are left to right Captain Roy B. Flippin and Lieutenant Cecil R. Black. Captain Flippin is wearing his military uniform and pointing with a crooked cane. Lieutenant Black is standing at an at-ease position, dressed in his military uniform.
