Description

Billye Louyse Mullins was announced as Texas Wesleyan College's campus sweetheart.. Billye Louyse also wrote the hit song for the school's third annual Sweetheart Review. In this picture, Miss Mullins is walking up steps carrying her books. She is dressed in a sweater, skirt, coat with a fur collar, gloves and a bow in her hair. There are automobiles parked along the walkway behind her. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, February 21, 1940.
