Description

Mr. and Mrs. H. M. Hardin, 4800 Parrish Road, wading in the pool of water that submerged their front yard after the heavy rains Wednesday. The water surrounded the house and another residence Hardin is having built next door, where an automobile was marooned in the driveway. Some other homes on Parrish Road were accessible only from the rear because of the water. Image appeared in "Marooned on Parish Road," Star-Telegram Morning Edition October 2, 1941.
