Description

The queen of the Central Texas Fair at Clifton, Texas, seated on the throne on a parade float, is Miss Doris Gene Hoel (right). Her attendants are Miss Lauriece Lyon (left) and Miss Joy Engelking. All three women are wearing dresses. Miss Hoel is also wearing a crown and holding a bouquet of flowers. The float is decorated with streamers of alternating colors.
