Description
Standing left to right are Doctor H. A. Zappe, of Mineral Wells, Texas, R. M. Swenson, of Guthrie, Texas, and Doctor M. T. Ramsey. They are standing behind a table lined with trophies. Dr. Zappe is the secretary of the Texas Palomino Association. Mr. Swenson is the manager of the Pitchfork Ranch. Dr. Ramsey is the superintendent of the Palomino division at the West Texas Fair. All three men are wearing collared shirts, trousers and cowboy hats. The first two trophies, from left to right, are for champion stallion and champion mare, respectively.
