Description
Cattle bred on the Kimball Ranch near Alpine, Texas, were fed on the L. N. Maddox farm at New Richmond, Indiana. Virgil L. Williams, who was in charge of the feeding, is shown standing beside two horses, in front of the cattle. Williams is wearing a long-sleeve shirt, overalls and a hat. Behind the horses, at the far right, is a pig.
