Description

A view of the new room in the Tarrant County Courthouse created by inserting a floor in one of the old high ceilinged courtrooms. Workmen are standing on a wooden scaffold while working on the courtroom ceiling. There are a lot of scraps on the floor from the scraping of the ceiling plaster and walls by the workmen. There is a large hole in the back wall.
