The Methodist annual picnic was held just west of the Lake Worth Casino, September 18, Thursday. One of the highlights was the lunch basket, over which Mrs. M. M. Chunn is presiding. She is taking out food contents of a packed picnic basket while she sits at the picnic table. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, September 19, 1941.
