Description
The Junior Chamber of Commerce is holding a luncheon meeting at the Blackstone Hotel. On display are Gas Model Planes, expected to attract 200 contestants. Posing with the model plane are Roscoe D. Smith and Jack Bates. Mr. Smith is president of the Fort Worth Aircraft Modelers Association. The Association built the plane he is exhibiting. Mr. Smith is wearing a striped shirt and trousers. Mr. Bates is the chairman of the Jaycee aviation committee, assisting in the staging. He is dressed in a suit, without the blazer. A row of chairs are stacked against the wall.
