Millard A. Elliott is retiring after thirty-eight years as a railway postal clerk. He is settling in at home to relax and do some reading in his favorite easy chair. He also plans to do some fishing in his retirement. He is dressed in a button-up shirt with cuffed sleeves and trousers. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, September 16, 1941.
