The Fort Worth Half Century Club gave special recognition to three long-time residents of Tarrant County, Texas. Two of the honored members, pictured seated, left to right, are Ben Evans and W. T. Williams. The event includes a barbecue and outing at Trinity Park. Mr. Evans, seventy-nine, took the prize for living in Tarrant County longer than any other person. He is dressed in a dark suit. Mr. Williams, ninety-two, was the oldest person in attendance. He is wearing a striped button-up shirt, trousers, and suspenders.
