Description
The Texas Christian University football team is putting together an impressive line. Anchoring the offensive front left to right are vast tackles Woody Adams and Derrell Palmer. Adams, 70, is a senior from Midland, Texas. Palmer, 71, is a native of Albany, Texas. Both players clock in around 230 pounds and may play most of the Frog games. They are dressed in their football uniforms and are shown practicing their blocking footwork. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, September 10, 1941.
