Description

The Texas Safety leaders met with the Fort Worth Citizens Safety Association at the Blackstone Hotel. They outlined plans for a more comprehensive safety program for the city and surrounding area. The safety leaders, left to right, are C. J. Rutland, and George Clarke. Mr. Rutland, of Dallas, Texas, is wearing a double breasted suit. George Clarke, of Austin, Texas, is the managing director of the Texas Safety Association. He is dressed in a suit. Published Fort Worth Star-Telegram Morning Edition September 09, 1941.
