Description
Emery Nix is a sophomore on the Texas Christian University football team. He is one of the most promising passers the Frogs have had in several years. In 1938 Nix skippered his Corpus Christi High School team to a state title. He is a good runner and an exceptional play selector. He is also the only married man on the purple squad this season. Nix is shown dropping back and setting to throw a pass. He is dressed in a number 48 football uniform. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, September 15, 1941.
