Description
The Golden Gloves state tournament opened Thursday night at Will Rogers Memorial Coliseum. Facing off in the flyweight division left to right are Deno Tufares and Buddy Cole. Tufares, of Wichita Falls, Texas is hitting Cole, of Dallas, Texas, with a stunning left to the ear in the third round. The more experienced Cole went on to win the decision in a breathlessly close battle.
