Mike Harter is a right guard on the Texas Christian University football team. The former Arlington Heights High School star is looking to have a big year at right guard. A back injury cost him regular playing time last season, but he won a letter. Harter is a stocky player, reaching only five-feet-five-inches but weighing 200-pounds.
