    Description

    Lieutenant Colonel T. W. Blackburn, left, of March Field, California, and Brevet Lieutenant General John A. Hulen, retired, who reunited in Fort Worth, Texas. Colonel Blackburn was a major instructing the 111th Observation Squadron at Houston, Texas, when it was part of the Texas National Guard (36th Division) commanded by General Hulen. Blackburn is president of the site board for the Fourth Air Force, Combat Command. The two officers are sitting on a couch, both wearing suits and Shady Oak hats. Blackburn is wearing a necktie and Hulen is wearing a bow tie and eyeglasses.
