The thirteenth annual Throckmorton County Fair and Rodeo is opening Wednesday morning. W. R. Cooper is posing with "Prisoner." Mr. Cooper is a rancher in Throckmorton County, Texas. He is dressed in a cowboy hat, button-up shirt, and trousers. He is holding the lead rope of his horse. Prisoner is a seventeen month old Palomino stallion. He is the grand champion Palomino of the Horse Show.
