An unidentified man stands posed with his collection of Civil War revenue stamps. He plans to exhibit his stamp collection along with several others at the Panther City Philatelic Society at Blackstone Hotel. It is a nice collection. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition September 7, 1941.
