    Description

    C. F. Hudgins, president of the Fort Worth Lions Club, right, and Roger Neely, a director, center, are shown purchasing defense bonds which have a maturity value of $1,500. The purchase is being made from a Lion, John Gilbert, assistant cashier of the Continental National Bank. The bonds were purchased by the club. Mr. Hudgins and Mr. Gilbert are sitting at a desk and Mr. Neely is standing between them. Mr. Hudgins is holding a bond in his hands and is wearing a suit. The other two men are wearing collared shirts and neckties.
