Captain W. J. Miles, of Seguin, Texas, First Lieutenant D. E. Levy, of Houston, Texas, and Second Lieutenant James Scott, of Mineral Wells, Texas. The three men are standing around a map that Captain Miles is referring to. Each of the men are dressed in a military uniform, and Captain Miles and Lieutenant Scott are wearing brimmed hats with straps. Lieutenant Scott is also wearing a pair of eyeglasses and holding a cigar in his right hand. Captain Miles is the 124th regimental supply officer. Lieutenant Levy is a motor officer for the regiment.
