Description
Captain W. L. Trimble was killed in action during a flying accident in London, England. Captain Trimble served with the Royal Air Force command ferry in Montreal, Canada. The Fort Worth, Texas, native was the son of Mrs. W. M. Trimble. His memorial service is being held at North Side Church of Christ in Fort Worth. Pictured is a replica of the Royal Air Force insignia which forms the center of floral tributes at the Captain's memorial service.
