Jaggar, Dallas, Texas; Mrs. Jaggar; Mrs. Flora Brown, Fort Worth, Texas; and Mrs. Charles C. Johnson Junior, Fort Worth, Texas. In the picture you can see Mrs. Jaggar being fed by Mrs. Moore. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, August 18, 1941.
