    Description

Eleanor Irwin is the eight-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. G. Irwin. While waiting for her mother Friday night, Eleanor stuck her finger in a parking meter. Radio Patrolmen Ruddle and Dickens broke the meter, freeing the young girl and her bruised finger. Eleanor is shown standing outside a building, freed from the parking meter. She is wearing a striped dress.
