Charles W. Tupman is an 84-year-old musician from Covington, Kentucky. He is returning to Fort Worth, Texas, after 52 years. In the 1880's, Mr. Tupman performed in Fort Worth dozens of times. He traveled the country as a freelance musician, playing fiddle or violin, depending on what the occasion called for. Mr. Tupman is pictured with his violin. He is wearing a striped dress shirt, bow tie, and trousers.
