Description
A group of Scouts from Troops 12, 15 and 17 demonstrate how to use a stretcher and the proper way to remove an injured person from a building in which exits are blocked by debris. They have improvised a stretcher from a blanket and two Scout staffs. One scout is inside the building, at the window, and the rest are outside holding the stretcher. A group of young children are standing at the far left, watching the demonstration.
